Free Shadowboxing on the Patio with M BOX Fitness | Sundays through October

Get moving and have fun with our free Sunday shadowboxing series on the patio! Shadowboxing is a great way to improve your fitness, coordination, and confidence by practicing punches, footwork, and combinations in the air, no gloves or partners needed. Emily from M Box Fitness will guide you through each session, making it accessible for all skill levels.
